Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests efficiently, including print, copy, and mail services.

• Review, prepare, and fulfill print jobs, ensuring high quality.

• Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment, including copiers and printers.

• Sort, receive, and distribute mail and courier items.

• Assist with supply inventory and ordering.

• Provide cross-functional support during staffing shortages.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic computer and technical skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
