eBay, Inc. seeks Payment Operations Analyst 3 in Austin, TX

Job Duties: Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reconciliations and variance issue resolution. Ensures accurate and quick response to variances. Analyzes and explains variances for various reconciliation use cases Investigates discrepancies using internal tools and processes. Work collaboratively with internal and external partners. Documents findings and evidence for variance resolution. Prepares reports for daily, weekly and monthly reviews Identify improvements to existing reconciliation process. Partial telecommuting may be permitted from within a commutable distance.

Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Operations Research, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Operations Research, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:

1.

Experience with Order Management System including Order details, User info, Adjustment line items (1 year)

Experience with SQL/Zeta to pull data from Data Warehouse to bulk check issue and enrich information (1 year)

3.

Experience with Elastic search: Search and check log for issue investigation (1 year)

4.

Experience with JIRA (1 year)

5.

Experience with Data Gateway System(1 year)

6.

Experience with Payment Execute tool (1 year)

7.

Experience with Payout to check payout status for each seller and payout transaction (1 year)

8.

Experience with GCX tool to check user and item details (1 year)
