Administrative SupportProcess bill payments, and individual reimbursements using McCombs intranet system. Set up new vendors as needed. Prepare travel authorizations and make arrangements for center staff and sponsored students.Attend various staff meetings including: CCIMS, Marketing Department, and Centers at McCombs (CAM).General office duties, research, and inquiry referrals. Schedule meetings and arrange conference call lines.Order office and event supplies.Event SupportProvide support for events including: advisory council meetings, workshops, guest speakers, info sessions, executive lunches, and the McCombs Marketing Conference and Case Challenge.Produce and assemble event materials.Prepare nametags, check-in lists, and participant lists.Run registration table, assist participants with various needs and requests.Set up and breakdown event spaces.Communication and Brand SupportSupport content marketing and branding: Update multiple websites using content management system
