Core research duties include development of research protocols, management of Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, patient recruitment and data collection in the Musculoskeletal Institutes Lower Extremity Integrated Practice Unit (IPU).Involvement in operational projects, including quality improvement work related to patient-reported outcome collection and follow-up. Serve as the patient-reported outcome measure facilitator. Attend business strategy and management meetings as appropriate.Dissemination of research results and value-based care delivery model through preparation of abstracts, presentations and manuscripts for multiple publications.Other research duties may include but are not limited to: literature review; data entry and analysis; administrative duties as needed to support research projects.Supervise undergraduate and medical student research volunteers in clinic in patient recruitment and data collection.Other related duties as assigned.
