We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer with a background in process management, continuous improvement, and ISO 9000:2015 standards. responsibilities:

  • Must be capable of handling engineering changes and familiar with process management.

  • Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) and perform detailed analysis for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Introduce new processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Knowledge of ISO 9000:2015 standards and how they manage quality management systems.

  • foundation in Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) principles.

  • Experience in Microwave Telecommunication, RF network, and Wireless Transport industries.

  • Act as a liaison among various departments (customers, program managers, procurement, assembly, and quality) to ensure efficient production.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance product assembly and testing yields.

  • Analyze test data for trends and drive improvements.

  • Coordinate installation and qualification of production test equipment.

  • Manage hardware and software updates for production processes.

  • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.

  • Review engineering designs, assembly drawings, and DFX reports for manufacturability and testability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and implement corrective actions.

  • Support maintenance teams in developing preventive maintenance and calibration procedures.

  • Analyze line return data to identify and correct test process issues.

  • Evaluate and recommend assembly tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support manufacturing operations.

  • Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities and manage discrepant materials and assemblies.

  • Participate in Change Control Board (CCB) reviews to ensure design changes are producible.

  • Monitor daily production activities and recommend efficiency improvements.

  • Assist in make/buy evaluations and recommend in-house versus outside vendor capabilities.

  • Develop manufacturing assembly/test flow charts and assembly floor layouts to support efficient product flow.

  • Provide technical interpretations for the design and fabrication of assembly tools and fixtures.

  • Conduct special manufacturing projects and evaluations as directed by management.

  • Actively participate in Lean projects, including 6S, TPM, and VSM.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
