Proactively facilitate communications to ensure that all PIs and participating institutions provide necessary input for the SETx-UIFL and DOE reports. Work effectively with faculty, researchers, and students involved in the SETx-UIFL. Oversee and manage the various SETx-UIFL communication channels and mechanisms. Oversee, manage and produce content for the SETx-UIFL website and data/model repository. Generate research highlights for the DOE, in coordination with Theme leaders. Assist the SETx-UIFL Executive Committee in creating technical operating plans, including staffing plans and budget. Request and compile periodic progress reports from project teams. Examine drafts of academic journal publications to review acknowledgements, authorship and manuscript scope relative to the SETx-UIFL goals .Organize logistics, together with the administrative staff, for the annual SETx-UIFL all-hands meeting and other recurring meetings, including setting agendas and recruiting presenters/speakers.Document and manage the overall SETx-UIFL budget. Disseminate guidance from funding agency to SETx-UIFL members to ensure compliance. Assist Executive Committee in generating and providing reports and presentations to the sponsor. Manage SETx-UIFL interactions with the External Advisory Board.
