Work collaboratively to identify financial and operational improvement opportunities.Develop project aims, methods, and measurement strategy.Develop and monitor project plans, including deliverables, milestones, tasks, and timelines.Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and document meetings and improvement activities.Communicate and present to project stakeholders, team members, and leadership regarding project status.Create project documents and material, including but not limited to: Charter, A3, training materials, implementation guides, progress reports, presentations.Identify data needs and perform analysis to support and monitor project deliverables and ongoing measurements.Perform other related duties as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism in dealing with staff at all levels of the institution.Strong knowledge of financial applications and processes.Effective problem-solving skills.Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals.Demonstrated analytical thinking, critical thinking, and project management competencies.Ability to analyze and evaluate data and make appropriate decisions/ recommendations.
