Join a dynamic team of people technology professionals focused on innovative solutions! The People Product Management (PPM) team is looking for an experienced Learning Management Systems (LMS) leader to partner with our business and engineering teams to deliver on a multi-year LMS technology roadmap. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and leading teams to implement and enhance complex global technology solutions. This is a highly collaborative role that requires a resourceful and meticulous individual with a passion for people technology, project management, and leadership.
Description
Oversee global learning technology roadmap including leading and driving teams through major technology solution decisions and implementation activities Provide leadership to establish and develop a high performing team that is creating Apple-class learning solutions Leverage deep Learning Management System (LMS) and project management expertise to effectively implement short-term and long-term solutions Build deep partnerships through trust by seeking to understand unique needs across Apple Collaborate with learning partners to efficiently detail and prioritize requirements, govern cross-platform solutions, drive implementation activities and deliver results. Ability to influence decisions, drive action and guide change through collaboration and leadership. Effectively communicate progress across Apple business and technology team members Identify process and technology impacts and dependencies across the ecosystem Provide clear direction to team members Coach and motivate team members Encourage and enable growth and accomplishments for team members Foster a culture of trust, accountability, humility and collaboration
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of learning management systems (LMS) experience
7+ years experience presenting to HR/People leadership teams
7+ years leading roadmap and product feature prioritization at global organization
7+ years managing governance with over 10+ stakeholder teams
7+ years proven experience managing complex projects and large implementations with
worldwide business partners
5+ years management experience leading teams
Ability to balance multiple stakeholder needs and implement prioritization frameworks
Able to drive operational release management processes using iterative methodology (story points, sprints, etc)
Ability to balance and prioritize several competing needs including leading a team, partnering with stakeholders and direct hands-on delivery of work products
Ability to drive decisions, alignment and action - keeping projects on track
Ability to navigate both strategic and technical project components and partners
Proven experience creating and documenting effective business requirements and processes

Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing both first party custom solutions and third party vendor solutions
Knowledge of LMS leading practice and industry trends
Experience using AI in the enterprise
Experience using different qualitative and quantitative methods to gather user research
Ability to use data and analysis to present information and drive decision-making
Drives change laterally across regions and organizations using influence skills
Exceptional skills in communication, problem solving and critical thinking
Thrives in ambiguous work environment
