Manage a professional development series designed for CNS emerging leaders and managers within the college. Adapt existing materials as well as create new materials using a variety of delivery methods. Collaborate and maintain strong working relationships with other campus training and LandD entities. Assist with the coordination and implementation of special projects as assigned by the Deans Office and/or leadership team. Represent CNS on campus-wide committees related to training and systems enhancements.Develop and manage a master training calendar for the College of Natural Sciences, including job-specific HR and Finance training. Utilize existing university resources while also incorporating newly developed materials to ensure that staff are properly trained in the use of administrative systems. Create and maintain online resources for CNS administrative staff and supervisors.Monitor program effectiveness of training materials and staff experience, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with CNS managers to identify existing and future gaps in knowledge and skills needed for proficiency and productivity for new-in-position HR and Finance employees. Serve as training liaison to CNS departments and units, identifying resources for unit-specific training initiatives. Coordinate a monthly new employee orientation for new CNS staff. Recommend process improvement of program activities as needed. ?
