Oversees the intake of reports and complaints by performing preliminary inquiries into alleged violations of university policies that DIA enforces, which includes documenting each new report/complaint on DIA's Referral Smartsheet, outreaching to complainants, interviewing complainants and advising complainants of policy and procedural requirements, resolution options, and the investigative process.Oversees the writing and transmittal of closure or referral memos and emails to university campus partners, including, but not limited to: Human Resources, Financial and Administrative Services, Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost, Student Conduct and Academic Integrity, Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs.Writes summaries of information obtained during the intake process and provides summaries to complainants for review within a reasonable time frame .Supervision of the Intake Analyst.Other duties as assigned.
