How You Will Make an Impact

As the HRIS Analyst, you will collaborate with Human Resources subject matter experts and department leadership to implement and update UKG configurations across all modules. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HRIS strategy aligned with organizational goals.

This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HRIS strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Build and maintain reporting and analytics needs to enable business leaders to review data in real time through reports and dashboards using custom reports and validations, condition rules, and calculated fields.

  • Identifies and troubleshoots integration issues and inaccurate configuration within HR platforms; drives resolution of problems and recommends corrective and proactive action.

  • Support data integrity standards through automation, system governance, preventative controls, and data audits.

  • Researches and implements the latest available feature releases.

  • Develop strong relationships with vendors to expedite project completion and troubleshoot system issues.

  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.

  • Assures accurate utilization of the HRIS by providing training and guidance to other department members.

  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • A minimum of 3 years of HRIS/UKG experience

  • Previous experience working in a multi-state environment

  • Proven expertise in the configuration and design of complex rules will set you apart.

  • Strong organization & time management skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
