Description We are seeking an HR Coordinator for our operations in Austin, Texas. This role provides a chance to be part of a dynamic team in the telecom industry, offering a contract employment opportunity. The HR Coordinator will assist the HR team with various tasks such as screening resumes, data entry, collecting performance evaluation surveys, and organizing files.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the screening of resumes to identify potential candidates

• Perform data entry tasks related to the HR function

• Collect and analyze performance evaluation surveys to provide insights to the HR team

• Organize files and maintain accurate records of HR activities

• Use HR systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time for various HR related tasks

• Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process

• Assist in benefit functions and compensation administration to ensure employee satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations

• Use skills in areas such as HRMS, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, and Compliance to perform tasks effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to conduct Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• A strong focus on Compliance and adherence to HR policies and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Previous experience in a similar HR role would be advantageous.
