Lead development work for the Dana Center. Nurture a culture of philanthropy. Work with Directors to develop and maintain an annual strategic fundraising plan. Execute on the Development plan to secure funding for ongoing and new Dana Center initiatives, including strategies to diversify funding. Identify, cultivate and steward relationships with funders. Lead fundraising and grant-related meetingsCommunicate fundraising goals and strategies internally and externally. Collaborate with Center leadership, programmatic leads, and the operations team to design and implement fundraising strategies and knowledge management systems.Manage the funding process from organizing proposal development to proposalsubmissions.In collaboration with Center leadership, programmatic leads, and the operations team, coordinateinterim reporting andspenddownand final reporting andnext steps.Manage proposal copy, including findings from evaluation and supporting information and materials and apply as needed across funding opportunities.Collaborate and leverage relationships with UT Development, faculty, other development colleagues, staff and leaders across the College and University to strengthen and expand funding opportunities.Participate in processes and activities designed to establish an organizational culture that supports learning, collaboration, and collective responsibility in order to enhance professional relationships, job satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
