Request and maintain accurate data entry records, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects, as necessary. Collaborate with evaluation partners to develop data management structures and processes.Analyze and interpret data including selection and application of statistical methods. Effectively disseminate findings by formulating and presenting reports of results including graphical displays. Monitor progress made toward grant goals and student benchmarks and share outcomes from project activities on an ongoing basis.Validate and audit submitted data and run quality control reports on a regular basis. Respond to data requests from GEAR UP program staff by creating or running web-based data reports.Provide training and technical assistance to database users on data collection, reporting, and system navigation.Prepare and submit data requests to the National Student Clearinghouse and analyze report results.Create value-added survey instruments and customized reports for IPSI, partner districts, and others.Other duties as assigned.
