Management level responsibility for advanced packaging process flows developed and implemented on TIEs piloting and prototyping line. This includes technology transfers as well as internally developed flows.Integration responsibilities include unit process development, process module integration, and full packaging integration.Key success measures will include yield management goals, creating baseline process flows, and meeting reliability and quality requirements.Work with strategic partners looking to introduce material from either private space or other sources to meet partner goals, but also ensure baseline flows and equipment are optimally maintained.Build and manage an experienced team while recruiting future innovative talent.
