The Product Engineering Systems team is seeking an Engineering Project Manager with experience working at the convergence of technology, business, and strategy.
Description
In this role, you will help shape and expand a technology platform that streamlines workflow and enhances productivity across the company. You will work closely with and advise Engineering, UX, and Project Management to drive the marketing, adoption, and pre/post launch executions through demos, Q&A sessions and strategic communications. You will identify and engage with key stakeholders, building consensus, and ensuring continued alignment with leadership across the globe, driving the product goals in highly ambiguous settings. This role requires a self starter with strong technical foundation, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex problem spaces independently.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years in strategic marketing, business operations, or consulting.
Expertise in market analysis, competitive positioning, and solution tailoring.
Proficiency in industry-standard project management, workflow automation, and productivity and collaboration tools.
Strong communication skills with experience preparing and delivering technical presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, other relevant technical degree, or equivalent experience.
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Management role.
Prior experience working on enterprise software solutions.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exposure to agile methodologies and product development best practices.
Ability to lead technical discussions and translate business needs into engineering requirements.
Experience driving adoption of new software products within an organization.
