The role

As the SAP MDM Data Team Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of SAP MDM, focusing on optimizing package solutions and functional design to ensure effective configuration and deployment of the application. This role requires a strong emphasis on managing Business Partner master data, including customers and vendors, to maintain data accuracy and consistency across all systems.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for developing package software applications.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle implementation of SAP MDM, ensuring successful delivery from design through deployment.

  • Supervise the management and maintenance of Business Partner master data, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency across systems.

  • Coordinate the execution of projects, efficiently allocating resources to meet objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve departmental goals.

  • Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions, meeting quality and performance standards.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Oversee quality control processes, ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.

  • Facilitate effective collaboration between departments and teams to drive project success.

  • Proactively identify, address, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.

  • Proven experience leading software development projects, particularly in SAP MDM.

  • Strong technical knowledge of package applications and implementation processes.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive team success.

Work Environment:

  • It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 40%

  • This role does not provide visa sponsorship now, nor will in the future

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,500 - $186,700.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
