What will I be doing?

As a Dual-Property Director of Human Resources, you would be responsible for directing and administering the Human Resources function in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Team Builder Extraordinaire: Lead the charge in recruiting, training, and developing a top-notch team. You’ll ensure we’re not just filling positions but creating careers.
• Culture Champion: Shape and nurture a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture where everyone feels valued. You’ll be the driving force behind our mission to create a workplace as cool as Austin itself.
• Compliance Guru: Keep us on track by managing all HR-related compliance, including labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. You’re the person who knows the rulebook inside and out.
• Loss Prevention Leader: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for preventing loss and ensuring a safe and secure environment for both employees and guests.
• Payroll Administration Pro: Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payments, while also managing wage and benefit administration.
• Employee Relations Whisperer: Be the mediator, counselor, and all-around problem-solver for our team members. Your goal? Happy employees who are excited to come to work every day.
