Oversee and maintain the customer service platform, including contact, task, communication, and workflow management, and generate reports on community relations and engagement.Ensure prompt and professional handling of community inquiries, including providing information, resources, or referrals to appropriate staff members when needed to ensure seamless communication.Support maintenance and development of community relationships for technical assistance activities including collaborating with internal teams, conducting outreach and follow-ups.Support developing and disseminating online learning content to ensure efficient and positive user experiences.Oversee and maintain professional development approvals for technical assistance activities. Manage the digital badge process and certificate pathways. Lead the development, design, and dissemination process. Troubleshoot platform and user experience issues; maintain systems for tracking.
