SHI Commercial Inside District Sales Manager in Austin, Texas

Job Summary

SHI is currently seeking a talented Commercial District Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing all sales activities within the defined district. The District Sales Manager will need to have a proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas. The position is a challenging and dynamic opportunity for the right individual.

This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing a professional sales team in a designated territory

  • Drive sales strategy and work with Account Executives and the Regional Director to attain sales quotas

  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers

  • Motivate, coach, and manage the sales team

  • Manage Account Executive performance

  • Build a sales team (recruit, hire, and train new employees)

  • Oversee accurate pipeline management

  • Exponential territory growth

  • Establish and develop strong Partner relationships within the district

  • Work with Marketing to effectively create brand awareness

  • Ownership of the top customers in territory

  • Travel might be required

Qualifications

  • Three years of successful sales experience in the technology field

  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs

  • Experience working with C-Level executives

  • Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel & PowerPoint

  • College Diploma/University Degree

  • Previous management experience a plus

Additional Information

  • The estimated pay range for this position is $125,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
