Work with the security team as a subject matter expert for various research onboarding projects.Provide Network support (IOT, firewalls, and VRF) and network management via tools provided by campus IT.Respond to requests via phone, email or ticketing system and problems. Install, monitor, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all user and lab computer and printer hardware, software, and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.Provide support on ad hoc projects and other related duties as well as office deliveries using a University owned vehicle.Manage the incident ticketing system.Image and maintain CNS owned computers and monitors issues remotely using CNS Management Tools.Other related responsibilities and functions as assigned.
