Robert Half CFO in Austin, Texas

Description We are in the process of hiring a CFO to join our team in Austin, Texas. The role will see you developing and executing financial strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will manage our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, and will be expected to provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections. This role will also oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics including profitability, operational efficiency, and cash flow.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.

• Oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance with regulations and standards.

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and high performance.

• Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities effectively.

• Participate in key decision-making processes as a member of the executive leadership team.

• Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CapEx, CRM, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, Capital Management, Cash Flow Analysis. Requirements • Proven experience as a CFO or relevant role, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior financial managerial position.

• Proficiency in the use of '3M', 'Accounting Software Systems', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'CapEx', 'CRM'.

• Strong knowledge and experience in accounting functions, auditing, budget processes, capital management, and cash flow analysis.

• Thorough knowledge of financial laws and risk management practices.

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

• Ability to strategize and solve problems.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.

• CPA is a strong advantage.

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
