Badging Coordinator

This position is responsible for day-to-day badging and credentialing operations to ensure employees, contractors, affiliates, and other personnel authorized an identification badge have been processed in accordance with established client security policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, issue and/or ship picture badges for employees, contractors, and other authorized persons for the client sites.

  2. Prepare and issue other credentials as required to support various projects.

  3. Prepare access control system records and enter data into the access control database.

  4. Work with client security to develop access level requirements along with any necessary time restrictions

  5. Modify existing badging records for terminations, access changes, etc.

  6. May answer telephone inquiries, questions regarding badge office policies, procedures

  7. Other assigned duties
