Communicate with and engage prospective students throughout the college selections, admissions, and enrollment process on an individual basis via phone, email, in-person meetings at the Covert Admissions Welcome Center and around campus. Provide customer service to prospective students, counselors, and families in a timely and professional manner. Conduct presentations to both small and large groups, between 10-200 people, on the undergraduate experience, value of a degree, and admissions process of The University of Texas at Austin. Assist with implementation and execution of events hosted by the Office of Admissions. Work towards advancing the goals of the Office of Admissions. Including events hosted on some evenings and weekends. Actively participate in the application review process. Represent the university at regional, school and community college fairs and programs as needed.
