DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: POSITION SUMMARY Aurora Casket Company, a Matthews International subsidiary, is seeking a qualified Assembly Operator / Machine Operator for our Production Facility in the Aurora, IN area for our Memorialization business segment. This Assembly Operator will be responsible for the production and parts assembly of our company products for the memorial industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Working with production equipment in an industrial environment. * Working with machinery, hand and power tools in a fast paced work environment. * Working with a role that requires cross training and provides opportunities to learn and operate within several different job functions within a production environment? * Working with an organization that provides the necessary training to complete the job and advance your career.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES * You will be working with production supervisors and operating various machinery to meet production needs. * Determining parts to be manufactured based upon orders and stock. * Observe and maintain machinery operation and identifying and defects or malfunctions. * Multi-tasking and cross training in other departments and machines.
