This temporary role will focus on facilitating a seamless leadership transition within the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Responsibilities for this position will include, but not be limited to: supporting infrastructural and system developments for FASO, assisting in year-end reporting, creating a comprehensive training program for new employee onboarding, implementing 2425 FAFSA simplifications, and disseminating institutional knowledge relevant to financial aid and scholarship administration within a health sciences campus. The PERA Retiree will report to the Director of Financial Aid None · System Set Up o Assist with the testing of packaging and processing of aid. . · Assisting with the Annual Operations Report (AOR) to HRSA for 2023-2024 which is due August 15, 2024. o This position will provide the demographic data collection for the report. o Correcting the 2023-2024 Title VII Data Form in OnBase. o Coordinate with other staff supporting the completion of the AOR report and support them, as needed. o Testing of new streamlined process · Special Projects o Assist Director with projects related to funds management, compliance and training. o Assist the team with other duties as needed, such as meeting with students and/or giving presentations.
