Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Systems Analyst in Aurora, Colorado. You will be tasked with resolving Level 1 end user issues using a ticketing system and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete customer requests. This role is within the telecom industry and requires proficiency in various skills including database management and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ticketing system to address and resolve Level 1 end user issues promptly.

• Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring all customer requests are handled professionally and efficiently.

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality of service.

• Maintain and update customer records in the database regularly.

• Work proficiently with DB2 Database and EO/IR systems.

• Utilize IBM and Microsoft tools to perform tasks and solve issues.

• Conduct AB Testing to optimize system performance.

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents.

• Handle Computer Hardware issues and Configuration Management tasks.

• Manage and oversee system Deployments. Requirements • Proficiency in Database and DB2 Database management systems

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with IBM and Microsoft technologies

• Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies

• Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents

• Understanding of Computer Hardware systems

• Expertise in Configuration Management

• Experience in managing and coordinating Deployments

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
