Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) to manage p rograms within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). This position is responsible for cost, schedule, technical, operational security and customer interface. This includes profit and loss (P&L) and annual operations planning (AOP) accountability for the program.

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership , direction, and implementation management of a medium sized DevSecOps program

• Lead using industry standard Agile/DevSecOps practices while working closely within the matrixed organization

• Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews with the customer

• Manage cost, schedule, operational security and customer interface activities

• Work on the vast number of proposals

• Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) with test participants

  Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with a

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Program or Capture Management

• Experience capturing new business/program(s) while working proposals via customer engagement

• Experience working in a Software Development, DevSecOps, Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ) environment (excluding production and hardware areas)

• Experience working with Risk and Opportunity management practices

• An active and in-scope TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration . U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

• Experience in communication ground architecture

• Experience with program performance turn-around

• Experienced leader competencies, especially influential communications , strategic thinking , cultivating innovation , collaboration , developing talent , customer focus, and driving results

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
