Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

• PhD, MD, or MD/PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A background in immunology, as well as innate curiosity, good organizational and interpersonal skills, and a desire to pursue an independent academic career.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in genetic sequencing analysis as well as bacterial cloning and protein expression

• Outstanding recordkeeping, writing, and oral presentation skills

• Willingness to work with mice

S/He will be a valued contributor to a multi-disciplinary team with experts in mucosal immunology, epigenetic analysis, autoimmune disease and translational studies.

As a post-doc in the Yomogida Lab at the University of Colorado, Anschutz Campus, you will become a key player in breakthrough research within the fields of immunology and pediatric autoimmune diseases. Your work will be instrumental to our laboratory's objectives, contributing to our academic unit's reputation for excellence, and supporting the university's mission of advancing human health through scientific innovation. In this dynamic role, you will perform diverse experiments, including isolating immune cells from various mouse and human tissues and profiling the features of isolated cells/tissues using various techniques such as flowcytometry and histological analysis. You will find yourself deeply involved in our pioneering projects on mucosal immunology, innate immunity, and pediatric autoimmune diseases.
