The Finance Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the loan applications and financing orders for submittal to lenders for approval or denial, to include new notes or leases. The positions other duties include backup support on many functions, including but not limited to UCC searches and filings, lease/rental note payoffs and documentation support. Pay Rate: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Annually Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Offer financing to both internal/external customers, including a thorough explanation of financing options available via approved third-party lenders. Provides support for financing with Caterpillar Financial and outside finance companies. Processes finance orders from approval to funding. Participates, when required, in monthly/quarterly meetings with the Caterpillar Territory Managers. Processes CAT Commercial Finance transaction invoices as tasked. Process lien searches and releases of equipment on trade-ins and consignments as needed. File and terminate UCC filings with the Secretary of State as needed. Prepare title paperwork for cash and financed deals for Wagner Equipment as needed. Prepares payoffs for rentals, leases and notes requested y salespersons and customers as needed. Other duties as assigned by lead and/or manager. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years administrative/clerical experience 1-3 years customer service experience Physical Demands & Competencies: Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills Safety & Product Knowledge Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Work Environment: Noise: Moderate Indoors Other Duties: Job Offers are contingent upon all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings.
