Maintain responsibility for overseeing the firm’s capability to build Cyber defense organizations and Cyber Fusion Centers for commercial clients, including capabilities that build on an intelligence-driven approach that employs the latest in orchestration, automation, incident response, and hunting to keep our client's Cyber visibility up and it’s time to respond to attacks down. Lead an intelligence and threat-based Cyber defense-based program. Recruit, hire, and retain top Cyber defense consultants responsible for detection and response best practices. Drive thought leadership and the future strategy on how the firm will drive excellence for clients in the Cyber defense space. Design, implement, and operate security operations for enterprise client using an intelligence and threat-driven defense model. Ensure new solutions are constantly being developed to advance detection and monitoring capabilities for incident management, response planning, and reaction to events. Develop reusable intellectual capital to reduce the start-up times of new engagements.
-10+ years of experience with leadership roles in Cyber defense areas, including Cyber threat intelligence, detection, incident response, and detection engineering
-Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain models
-Ability to build relationships and leverage emotional intelligence
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree in CS, Information Security, or Information Systems
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Secret clearance a plus
