  • Marketing and promoting training and education programs.

  • Coordination of the financial infrastructure in collaboration with the DOPsych Finance Core.

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing documents to support training activities.

  • Implementation of a process for requesting and executing events.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's in business, business administration, finance, accounting, public administration, communications, or a directly related field from an accredited institution

  • A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.

  • Three (3) years of professional business administration/operations or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex projects including strategic planning.

  • Experience with financial reporting structures.

  • Experience with public health education and promotion.

  • Experience with branding or marketing including graphic design, mass email communication and/or advertising campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.
