Job Description

A higher education client of Insight Global is seeking a BI Analyst to join their Information Services Department. This Bi Analyst will act as a customer liaison and support specialist, responsible for gathering requirements, coordinating projects, and performing basic proof of concept development. They will also be involved in testing, training, and documenting or enhancing existing solutions, as well as delivering new solutions developed by BI Developers. This BI Analyst will ensure proper change management support for the customer.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent problem solving skills. This position will be a 6 month contract role with possible extensions, and can pay between $30-45/hour with medical benefits and 401k options offered on contract. If interested, please apply!

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or related fields

• 3+ years of experience with developing custom reports and dashboards for executive leadership

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI

• Experience with multiple end-user data analytics platforms including Power BI, Smartsheet, and Tableau

• Experience with business process improvement in the Data Analytics space - 3+ years of experience in customer-facing BI analysis and development.

• Previous exposure to financials, HR, operations, healthcare, higher education, clinical and or research settings domains. null
