Job Overview

The Behavioral Health Analyst is responsible for creating and implementing behavior plans, monitoring treatment fidelity, and facilitating team member trainings within the intensive division of PMHI. The Behavioral Health Analyst is available to team members for coaching and training and collaborates with clinical teams and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality evidence-based care

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education or directly related field. EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in psychiatric treatment setting. CERTIFICATION(S): Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR certification; Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred LICENSURE: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred. Develops individual treatment plans and oversees treatment plan development, including defining target behaviors, treatment goals and data collection systems.
