MDR Operations Manager

Role Overview:

The Strategy & Services team at Trellix is a bridge between our partners, customers, and the business. We own core strategic programs and service delivery. We are nimble, work quickly, and adapt. We span all aspects of the business, influence company direction, and drive key business decisions.

About the Role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our MDR services, setting and measuring key KPIs.

• Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our MDR partnerships.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Products, Sales, Order Ops to work through and streamline issues.

• Maintain and improve MDR service delivery standards, ensuring compliance with SLAs and other performance metrics.

• Manage relationships with key MDR partners and clients, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of operational processes, outstanding issues and other key items.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the MDR team to foster continuous improvement.

About You:

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on MDR or similar cybersecurity services.

• Strong understanding of the security marketplace, particularly in MDR and endpoint security solutions.

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing security operations teams and processes.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of security professionals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client and partner relationships effectively.

• Solid knowledge of incident response methodologies and best practices.

• Ability to stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.

• Comfortable working in a remote-friendly environment.
