Part Time Home Care Registered Nurse Griswold Home Care For East Polk County, Florida is calling all compassionate nurses to apply to join our amazing team as a Per Diem Part Time RN! Compensation: Weekly pay $35.00-$37.00 per hour. Are you an experienced Home Care RN who is passionate about providing top-notch care to clients in the comfort of their own homes? Griswold Home Care For East Polk County is currently looking for someone like you to join our team in Polk County, Florida! As the Home Care RN, you will be responsible for providing nursing services permitted by license and overseeing a team of caregivers who provide personalized care upon our client’s request. Our clients live throughout Polk County. What you can expect from us : * $35.00-$37.00 per hour * Healthy, Inclusive, Transparent, Supportive and Flexible Work Environment * Opportunities for On-Going Trainings and Career Advancement Opportunities * Robust Employee Recognition, Engagement, Appreciation and Retention Programs What we will expect from you: * Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our clients and their families * Provide guidance to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations * Provide ongoing education and training to the care team to enhance their skills and knowledge * Collaborate with other members of the care team, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals at client’s request * Must be willing to travel to all areas of Polk County to conduct in home assessments of prospective clients You will be successful in the role if you: * The RN must be a registered nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of Florida, holding a BS degree in Nursing OR having one (1) year of experience in public health nursing or progressive professional responsibilities in public health nursing * Experience in working with seniors and non-medical home care is a plus * Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing unskilled home health care * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your leadership skills and clinical expertise in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
