Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Operations Specialist role based in Auburn, Washington. In this role, you will be tasked with managing shared files, data entry in Excel, and light data analysis. You will also be working with the front end of the membership database and handling data entry projects. The role is on-site and involves working through a shared email account with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage shared files and email accounts with the team

• Perform data entry tasks in Excel and other MS Office 365 tools

• Carry out light data analysis tasks, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables in large data sets

• Work on the front end of the membership database

• Execute data entry projects with accuracy and efficiency

• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy

• Adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables

• Experience with Data Entry and ensuring accuracy of information entered

• Familiarity with Mail Merge and its applications in business operations

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for professional communication and scheduling

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
