Responsibilities:•Handle inbound customer calls•Work to establish professional business relationships with customers•Know how to access information on our products •Provide important communications link between D&W and our customers •Aid teammates with research of products, pricing, and availability Qualifications:•Attention to detail•Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Technical aptitude with an ability to learn about products•Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions•Ability to work in a fast paced, office environmentIndustry experience is not required.
