PROGRAM MANAGER, CONNECTED VEHICLE

ALTA IT Services has a long-term contract opening for a Program Manager with automotive OEM experience, ideally connected/autonomous vehicles, to support a leading automotive OEM . This position is 100% onsite in Auburn Hills, MI. An on-site interview is required.

• 5+ years of automotive domain experience and exposure to connected/autonomous vehicles would be a big plus

• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing mid/large IT projects (2M+ in terms of revenue OR 20+ in terms of team size).

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams

• Hands-on, self-driven, solution-oriented and customer-focused

• Highly proficient analytical capabilities and able to quickly understand problems and quickly arrive at their solution. Foresighted decision-making is a key to success in this role.

• Solid understanding of core and modern technologies around Cloud, APIs, and web services

• Demonstrate ownership and drive successful outcomes in complex global ecosystems

• Proven track record leading in highly matrixed global organizations

• Strong analytical ability to quickly understand the issues, debug, and arrive at solutions

• Full System Lifecycle expertise and experience in all aspects from planning to operations.

• Communication skills – Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

  Education and Years of Experience:

• 10+ years of total experience

• 5+ years of program/project management experience

• 2+ years’ experience in status reporting to C-suite executives

  Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Solid understanding of core and modern technologies around Cloud, APIs, and web services

  Location: Auburn Hills, MI

  HOURLY RATE: $65/hr. W2, benefits available. C2C is OK through a supplier (No Own LLCs/1099)
