About the Team:
We are looking for a colleague to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI.
What you can look forward to as Field Claims Analysis Technician:
• Perform field failure part assessments
• Receive products returned for analysis into ZF systems/initiate process
• Make recommendations to field performance groups in case of identification of new failures
• Ship parts to customers as determined by case information
• Perform the initial visual investigation of parts against engineering drawings
• Analyze known failure modes based on inspection & test instructions
• Prepare and document failure analyses in 8D format according to results from inspection and test instructions
What you can look forward to as Field Claims Analysis Technician:
• Associates degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of trade/vocational school certification attainment and experience
• Engineering technical skills
• Mechanical and electrical system hands-on experience
• WABCO/ZF Product knowledge ideal
• Prior experience with various of business systems/apps
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
