Fras-le North America, Inc. Customer Account Manager in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Customer Account Manager (Fras-le, Auburn Hills, MI): Manage specialty accounts, achieve sales goals for each account, participates on the definition and implementation of new sales strategies and increase sales year over year. Responsible for overseeing internal sales communications functions with customers; general sales reporting, updating, and facilitating the creation and implementation of strategic planning and annual operational planning for the company.

Duties: Create an interface with all of our customers and be the main point of contact for shipments, sales orders, delivery dates, and Incoterms. Manage the sales orders in the USA from customers' PO's and releases within Fras-le North America SAP system. (40%)

Dedicate efforts to achieve sales goals anticipated for each client under his management. Participates on the definition and implementation of new sales strategies to ensure client satisfaction and increase sales annually. Visit customers to maintain a close interaction with them, to pursue new business projects, and to find solutions to their needs. Develop action plans to support sales growth by evaluating each customer's sales performance. Support and service customers who purchase specific products for specialty applications that require high quality standards and certifications. Analyze with the Product Manager and Sales Manager the best pricing strategy to maintain our contribution margins for each customer. (40%)

Perform monthly sales forecast updates for all customers and coordinate with commercial and production team. Update all the information in the SAP system and Power BI dashboards (Power BI is an interactive data visualization software with a primary focus on business intelligence). Coordinate between sales department and the international team in Brazil to implement digital sales analytics and CRM. Conduct recurring meetings with commercial team to review all part numbers, customers and quantities and share the final sales forecast with the Logistics, Planning and Purchasing team. (10%)

Prepare and continuously improve the various sales and monthly performance reports and distribute them internally to directors, managers and the sales team according to the global sales processes established by the parent company in Brazil. Update sales and performance reports. Prepare and manage different reports per part number, product family and customer, comparing sales with the projected annual operating plan for the company. Organize the discussion and evaluation of these reports with the entire commercial team, directors, managers, and headquarters in Brazil. Participate in the preparation of the Annual Operation Planning and Strategic Planning. Attend bi-annual commercial team meeting to update our Strategic Planning and Annual Operation Planning. (5%)

Conduct APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) meetings for new RFQs and projects. Through APQP meetings, collaborate with engineers, quality, process, and logistics colleagues to create new projects to be implemented in the company. View all offers for products manufactured in our head office in Fras-le, Brazil. Format the price in accordance with commercial policy of the company and share with the key account manager to return to our customers. (5%)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or related field of study. Two years of experience in a Sales Analyst position. Experience must include: (1) sales planning and forecasting in manufacturing industry; (2) AOP updating; (3) creation of customer interface, and (3) knowledge/experience with SAP Systems.
