Adecco is looking for skilled assembler sin the Auburn Hills, MI area at a large robotics company. The hours for this role at 6:00 AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of assembly and longevity of 3+ years at last 2 roles. This role also includes material handling, shipping and receiving, and other areas outside of assembly, with the majority of your time being in assembly. Job title : Assembler I

Job Summary The candidate will work as an Assembler I, focusing on assembling products while ensuring they meet company standards and customer specifications. They will be responsible for operating computers to check schedules, performing quality control tests, assisting in training other employees, and recommending process improvements.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

  • Assemble products according to Engineering documents

  • Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing

  • Engage in Material handling activities

  • Monitor quality of parts used in assembly

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in interfacing with engineering for communication

  • Ability to recommend changes for productivity improvement

Skill Education

  • Assemble : Refers to the skill of putting together parts or components to form a complete product.

  • Engineering documents : These are detailed instructions or drawings that guide how a product should be assembled or manufactured.

  • Go-No Go testing : A simple pass/fail test used during production to determine whether a part or product meets the specified criteria.

  • Material handling : Involves moving, protecting, storing, and controlling materials throughout the manufacturing process.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
