Need 2 full-time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operator to work in Atwater, MN. From: 03/01/2023 to 11/15/2023 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri. 8 hrs./day Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage rate due to experience or merit. All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at time and a half. Must Apply By: 07/09/2024 JOB DUTIES: Prepare fields for planting. Pick rocks and operate tractors to till the soil. Operate farming equipment in order to plant, spray, harvest corn and soybean crops. Transport harvested commodities from farm to market using grain trucks. General farm upkeep duties such as servicing equipment, facility maintenance and shop work. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months experience. Driver's license in 30 days. Clean driving record required. No minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
