Responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution, implementation and governance adherence for a broad array of initiatives related to a specific platform or value stream supporting Wholesale’s business activities and clients.

  • Lead owner of end-to-end planning and implementation for key Wholesale and select enterprise initiatives (on behalf of Wholesale)

  • Manages large, complex initiatives and projects through their full lifecycle, including early stage evaluation, planning, design, delivery and post-implementation assessment, employing in-depth platform and business knowledge, as well as strong project leadership skills

  • Leverages subject matter expertise in best practices in project design, management and governance to ensure efficient and effective design, delivery and implementation of initiatives

  • Leads, manages and coaches broad cross-enterprise stakeholders and project teams that span multiple business and functional units to capture and address requirements, align priorities, create execution plans, drive progress and realize expected outcomes / business benefit

  • Responsible for assessing and addressing upstream and downstream impacts and risks, spearheading the development of necessary mitigation, escalation and backup plans.

  • Provides clear guidance, sound decision-making, proactive roadblock resolution, and effective challenge to ensure projects are designed and implemented in accordance with strategic intent, committed timelines, budget expectations and program / project standards.

  • Manages and leads through complex, unstructured situations. Able to decipher critical vs. non-critical needs, provide clarity and appropriate prioritization for teams, creatively problem solve and influence outcomes in the face of ambiguity

  • Develops and maintains effective internal working relationships across a variety of business and functional partners. Ability to influence across a broad spectrum of partners and complexities, including leaders at senior and executive levels

  • Applies solid risk management skills in complex risk environment
