Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program management.

• Experience in Information Security and Risk Management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience with quantitative risk management approaches such as FAIR and VaR.

• Experience in public sector industry and cloud solutions, including networking, infrastructure, and security.

• Experience with facilities or other real estate management from the perspective of integrating IT infrastructure.

• Ability to handle problems across multiple stakeholders.

The Data Center Data Security team's mission is to maintain user trust in products and services by ensuring media components containing sensitive information are properly protected.

The team is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient controls are designed, deployed, and monitored to meet data security policies and global customer commitments. As a Technical Program Manager for the Data Center Data Security team, you will manage Data Security programs that impact operations across global data centers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. • Develop requirements with partners at different levels, while collaborating with software development, hardware design, planning, supply chain, logistics, other security teams, data center operations managers, and technicians to lead programs/projects through the life-cycle.

• Evolve and mature risk and controls within data security spaces to ensure data security controls are operating effectively and the team, leadership, compliance partners are informed as necessary by integrating into broader risk management processes.

• Partner with teams across data center operations to influence processes and technology to capture data security requirements and integrate into downstream systems.

• Manage program risks, issues, and track them to meet expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.

• Evaluate and supervise multiple projects, coordinate and utilize resources for multiple projects within the overall portfolio.
