Description We are seeking a Systems Engineer in the Financial Services industry, to be based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves designing, configuring, installing, and maintaining hardware and software systems. The successful candidate will also monitor system performance and security, troubleshoot system issues, and provide technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, install, and maintain hardware and software systems

• Monitor system performance and security, and take corrective actions when necessary

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users

• Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure accurate record keeping

• Perform system upgrades and updates as needed to ensure optimal system performance

• Establish and maintain processes for system backup and recovery

• Develop and implement scripting and automation processes to improve system efficiency

• Research and evaluate new technologies to stay abreast of latest industry trends

• Participate in system and application design to ensure system meets business needs

• Assist in the selection and implementation of new systems based on business requirements and feasibility analysis

• Utilize skills in Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, VMware, Microsoft Azure, File Sharing to perform job functions effectively. Requirements

• Proficiency in Database Management is required.

• Expertise in Active Directory is necessary.

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is essential.

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware is advantageous.

• Proficient in Configuration Management.

• Strong skills in VMware.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred.

• Knowledge of File Sharing is required.
