Description This role involves providing L1/L2 support to our Atlanta-based employees, remote sales teams, and executive support in a M365 environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with various technologies including Cisco, Dell, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to on-site employees and remote sales teams • Offering executive support as needed, ensuring smooth operation of systems • Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 Enterprise environment • Employing Cisco Technologies for network and systems administration tasks • Utilizing Dell Technologies for hardware support and troubleshooting • Overseeing Linux Technologies for server management and support • Managing Active Directory for user and access management • Implementing Backup Technologies for data protection and recovery • Handling Computer Hardware for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Carrying out Configuration Management to ensure system security and performance • Overseeing Deployments for software and system updates • Ensuring seamless functioning of Microsoft Office 365 for all users. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required

• Experience with Database management and operations

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Linux Technologies

• Experience with Active Directory

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies

• Ability to adapt to changes in technology and systems
