The Senior Manager of Human Resources is responsible for managing the full range of human resources services for the Company's corporate functions, including the HR function itself. This roles serves as a Business Partner to provide strategic HR support, guidance and consultative services to business leaders enabling them to make informed business decisions. Support the company's goals and objectives by aligning and partnering with Recruiting, Total Rewards, Talent Management and HR Operations to deliver HR solutions to the business. Conduct and oversee confidential investigations into associate complaints and sensitive work-related issues, partnering with the legal department as appropriate; act as an escalation point for employee conflicts and compliance issues Organize and interpret data from multiple sources to identify common trends and implications relevant to the business and designs appropriate solutions Provide coaching to managers and contribute to the development of managers' skills Develop relationships to understand the business environment, strategy and employee implications of business decisions and practices

What Experience and Education You Need Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, or other related field) Seven (7) years of total experience in Human Resources in large complex organizations, preferably in an industrial, supply chain or distribution environment

What Could Set You Apart Master's or other advanced degree Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) certification, Professional HR (PHR) or Senior Professional HR (SPHR)

Physical Requirements Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks May require travel by automobile and airplane for business May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds Requires the use of various electronic tools
