As a key contributor to the TKE Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst II of FPandA, Corp Functions will be responsible for supporting the HR/SSC/Safety segments of TKE. You will support Executive Leadership by providing business partnership including forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc financial calculations specific to the aforementioned areas of the business.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for financial modeling that drives forward-looking (annual, quarterly, and monthly) PandI projections. Support month-end close activities in close partnership with accounting and business partners along with regular spend governance reviews and approvals. Analyze detailed financial statement information including balance sheet, income statement, and key operational data. Collect and analyze financial data and prepare workpapers supporting the calculations. Collaborate with key stakeholders in all geographic areas to build successful business partnerships and ensure effective financial management. Responsible for development of financial presentations to executive leadership. Work in multiple systems to prepare and report results. Initiate cross-functional projects to identify new opportunities for improvement in forecast accuracy and process efficiency. All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field is required 5-7 Years of Accounting or Finance Experience Advanced Excel skill set and proficient in PowerPoint. Experience with SAP, Oracle, BI, EPM Cloud or other financial reporting software a plus. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Polished communication skills required to interact with C-levels leadership. International experience or a desire to work with international counterparts. High emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Work experience with accounting firm or consultancy and/or public company a plus.
