Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst - Due to Growth (Luv) in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves conducting financial forecasting, budgeting, and supporting financial decision-making processes in our organization. This position is within the telecom industry and requires the application of advanced analytical skills and financial expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews

• Conduct comprehensive research of historical financial data; explore investment opportunities

• Identify trends, advise the company on financial forecasts and investments, and recommend actions for optimization

• Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives

• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis

• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools

• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps

• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.

    Requirements

• Must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, or related field.

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis role.

• Proficient in budgeting and forecasting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using financial software and platforms.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Proven ability to conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Demonstrated ability to present and explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
